Happy Thanksgiving!

2010 has been a rough year, especially for the Marshall family. We lost Mike's grandparents within two months of each other early in the year. And before we had near enough time to love on her, our sweet Callie Grace went to be with Jesus. Callie is Mike's cousin's daughter. With all the hurt and pain that was experienced, it would be easy to think there's not a lot to be thankful for. But God gives and takes away. We may have went through alot of hurt and pain, but we are also incredibly blessed this year! The joy of Mike and my life- Tenley. I can't imagine my life without her anymore. Her smile makes all of my worries go away. My heart is completely overflowing with love for her. God also blessed Katie and Craig (Callie's parents). On December 6th they will welcome a new baby to the family! I know Callie is smiling as she watches her parents prepare for his/her arrival. Mike's other cousin, Andrew and his wife are expecting as well! Not to mention Mike's cousin Stephen and his girlfriend Jillian just found they are expecting! 4 new babies in the family. Just think about Christmas in a couple years!! It will be crazy! And I know we'll love every second. We were once again reminded of how God works in mysterious ways this year. We found out we were pregnant with Tenley when Callie passed away. Katie and Craig found out they were pregnant when we lost Grandma Bremer. And Kim and Andrew got pregant when we were mourning for Grandpa Bremer. God has a plan in all of this, and He wasn't ever going to leave us alone. We are also so happy and blessed to welcome Marisa into our lives. She is such a fun, loving little girl and she always makes us smile! We can't wait for Tenley to get a little older and watch them play together!
On this Thanksgiving, I'm so thankful for my family for 3. For our daughter and all the joy she brings to our lives. I'm also very thankful for our families and friends, and especially that we're able to be with them more now that we're back in Nappanee!
Happy Thanksgiving. We all have so much to be thankful for.

Tenley's first Thanksgiving!
